Our Aloha Machine Learning Research Kits provide a complete lab in a box for your research needs. They help you save time and money, allowing you to invest in research instead of hardware design and development.


As you receive the kit, it comes with a preloaded laptop that has ROS 2 installed, along with Interbotix, our hardware Python library, and ACT machine learning models based on the official Aloha Project from Stanford University - read the whitepaper here: https://tonyzhaozh.github.io/aloha/. You can start collecting data for your research and even test changes to the ACT model or your data models.


Our kits are built for thousands of hours of data collection and are designed to be easily repairable. In case any part breaks, we offer every piece of the kit for replacement. The kits are also highly customizable and built with extruded aluminum T-slots and 3D-printed parts. You can even request the 3D models for those printed parts so you can improve on the design.


At Trossen Robotics, we are dedicated to constantly improving our kits. Based on customer feedback, we plan to offer upgrade kits so that all customers can access the latest and greatest research hardware for machine learning.
